3. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit
Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers
Shipping charges and COD fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
